Rayon Coils

Sorbchem India's Rayon Coils are a synthetic fiber made from cellulose, known for their soft, odorless, and non-reactive properties. These coils are used as a pharmaceutical filler to remove headspace from containers, ensuring the stability and integrity of pharmaceutical products during transit. Rayon coils are particularly effective in preventing tablets from chipping and giving them an unaesthetic feel to patients.

Rayon coils are biodegradable and have a moisture content of 11%. They can be easily cut to the desired length and are available in various sizes, including 6gm/yard, 9gm/yard, 12gm/yard, 16gm/yard, and 20gm/yard. Our quality control process ensures that the coils meet the highest standards, as per USP monograph, and are DMF-free with a number of 6855.
