Polyester Coils

Polyester Coils are a petroleum-based product that belongs to the polymer family with ester functional groups. These coils are commonly used in soft gelatin capsule packaging as a filler due to their specific characteristics. They are non-absorptive in nature, which means that the moisture content of soft gel capsules is retained within.

The polyester coils are white, odorless, soft, and resilient materials comprised of 100% polyester fibers. They are available in various sizes, including 6gm/yard, 9gm/yard, 12gm/yard, 16gm/yard, and 20gm/yard. After manufacturing, these coils are tested as per USP monograph and hold a DMF no. 6855.
