Humidity Indicating Cards

Humidity Indicating Cards are a low-cost method of indicating humidity conditions for various types of barrier packaging, including MIL spec (MIL- I – 8835) process. These cards absorb humidity at specific levels, including 5%, 10%, 15%, 30%, 40%, 50%, and 60%, and comply with MS 20003-2. The cards are printed with moisture-sensitive spots that respond to various levels of humidity with a visible color change from blue to pink.

Humidity Indicator Cards (HICs) are placed inside vacuum-sealed (dry-packed) moisture barrier bags to monitor the inside humidity, complying absolutely with JDEC Standard 033. These cards provide a visual output of the relative humidity percentage in the environment, changing color from blue to pink.
